Now on Volt with a hub 5
So I put this off for a long time not that I needed it right away more speed but what hub I might get and I'm happy VM give me a hub 5 THANK YOU! and will likely be the last hub I need with modem mode support and 2.5Gb that one day hardware will link up to it.
Some things I have noticed one why in the world when in router mode you can't use 192.168.100.1 where my old hub you can its just simple to do that. Anyway I found the hub really wanted to update after being online when wanting to use modem mode which worked really simple and fast got the same WAN IP too was thinking there might be a system that tied the WAN to hub and may of needed to change the MAC but no works fine. I was tempted to put it in modem mode before hooking it up...but I'm not sure how VM system works as in the router mode may link up to some server for activation.
Interestingly the hub 5 does a bit better on bufferbloat then I was expecting but its still not perfect, so I re-did my BMW limiting and got a A+
