Advice on how to move my router and still maintain the wired link to my PC and printer

The router is in the window of a first floor room and I cannot get wifi in the ground floor living room. I am hoping that by moving it, I'll be able to get a reliable signal. Using a booster did not work well.

    VM wil move your hub for £25. What ‘booster’ did you try using?

    If you do move the Hub, get a set of ethernet Powerline Adapters to enable you to cable your PC and Printer upstairs.  No need to worry about messing around with Wifi.

    What said below can help just depends on how u want to do it as each type places is different u only find out full when u try it
