Re: Blueyonder issue

I can no longer send or receive my blueyonder e mail. I got a message saying

 

Cannot send mail. The user name or password for ‘myname@smtp.blueyonder.co.uk’ is incorrect.

Has anyone else had this problem?

    Thank you for your post, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your emails. I can assume from your second post that you were able to sign in in the end, which is good to hear 😊

    If you have reset your password though, you'll have to ensure it's also updated on any third party clients you're using to access your emails. Can you please let us know what app/client you're using so we can help you further?

    I'd double check your settings the domain should only read blueyonder.co.uk in your username, not smtp.blueyonder.co.uk

    As you can see here, you have already received several helpful replies to your earlier post. You have had replies from VM staff and Forum Members so there was no need to start another forum thread.😉
