V360 box
I think the hard drive on my V360 box is broken. It’s been randomly deleting my recordings for a while and now it’s stuck on the welcome screen. We’ve tried rebooting, including by holding down power/plus/minus, but it’s still not working. Sorry but I have a complaint... I had an engineer booked yesterday (Sat 8th) between 4 and 7. I was out before hand and had a missed call from my neighbour at 2pm. When I called her back she said there was a VM engineer that turned up... 2 hours early! He told her he would return at around 4. I was annoyed he came early but didn't think anything too much of it as he said he was going to return a bit later. 4pm came and went and 7pm came and went, no engineer. I'm really cross with this as he was meant to fix missing TV channels on my newly 'upgraded' V360 box. I've had to rebook another engineer next Saturday (15th) same time. I tried to call 150 but couldn't get through to anyone. What is going on with Virgin Media!! I've also had a new router installed, hub 5. This same problem has just started happening to me today when it was working fine 48 hrs ago. I've got all the info above but whenever I try to private message ModTeam it gives error message Correct the highlighted errors and try again. Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and send the message when you are satisfied. There is no HTML in my message and no highlighted errors, whenever I try to send it just keeps popping up with the above. Please advise how to send my diagnostic information and get Virgin TV Go working again to watch recordings. I set up a series link on a V360 box. Then after a few weeks I’d like to cancel the series link but keep all programmes which have been recorded so far. Is this possible? Does anyone know why when I am watching a programme or Netflix on the V360 the screen goes black for a second then comes on again, it’s has become a regular occurrence.
