Can't see subtitles when fast forwarding
Firstly its now vastly more difficult to activate subtitles, but also when I fast forward, subtitles dissappear, making it very difficult to resume watching in the correct place. Has anyone got a work around for this? Its feels like accessibility requirements have been deprioritised significantly in product development.Subtitle text too small and not changeable
For goodness sake Virgin. The subtitle size these days is so small I have to concentrate on reading that so I'm hardly able to watch the action on the screen. Why why why is it not possible to select subtitle size? It used to be bigger. But now it's so small it's ruined the TV experience for me and anyone else with poorer eye sight. Other TV providers give the option to select subtitle size. People have been asking on this forum for years. It can't be difficult. Be careful Virgin, if you don't start providing this functionality soon you'll get a reputation for being clunky and inaccessible.
