Ongoing box issue
Over last 3/5 months having more and more issues with my box freezing, not reacting to the remote, not changing channels, not coming out of standby mode now I’m 17 hours where my box just doesn’t come out of standby mode and just have the start-up words on the screen.53Views0likes6Comments360 box power off
Ever since signing up to the 360 service the set top box keeps powering off when not in use. It has to be switched off at the back and switched on again. It’s so frustrating, the 360 update has made my box almost unusable (especially coupled with the fact it wiped all my recordings which I don’t understand why?) The power supply seems fine and nothing else has changed prior to the update, all cables checked and the hub seems fine. Help please?564Views0likes2Comments
