Business address to Residential - help please?
My friend has been a Virgin Media customer for many years, so when she moved home this week, she called to transfer her service to her new address. She has been advised that her address is listed as a business address but offered no help as to how to resolve this. The postcode checker listed other adjacent flats in her block but not her specific flat number. Is there anyone who can advise how to resolve this please? She is currently without Broadband, telephone and TV. Many thanks in advanceSolved65Views0likes3CommentsIs it worth a engineer visit
Hi need some advice with what I should do next please I recently had a contract in my own name and details so I had to wait for all the new equipment to arrive It came on the 23rd and I was unsure if I should of done it myself or not but I have installed the new equipment and disconnected old services as they stopped working on the 22nd of may anyway so I turned it all off and removed the old equipment I have had a message yesterday from virgin saying my my new services are now active to start using them. And I am using the new equipment and new services but I have no working TV I do use other devices to watch things from off the virgin media go app Would It be worth keeping the engineer visit I have for the 26th though to look at all the wiring and the set up in my home because there so many wires and I wondering if the engineer could get rid of the ones I don't need because I can't work out witch ones I do and don't need35Views0likes3CommentsWifi Self Installation Box didn't arrive
I have just opened a Virgin Media account for the first time and ordered my WiFi self installation box last week. It was supposed to arrive on the 8th March and did not arrive, and I received no communication about it. I have no account number or reference code on my original contract email so cannot even track my parcel. We now have no WiFi which is affecting our ability to work from home - I have tried calling Virgin and could not get through to anyone, being held on the phone for ages. What do I do?? As a brand new customer, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this - will the rest of the service be this bad???423Views0likes4Comments
