Self install but no wall box
I previously had virgin media but switched providers a 18months ago, anyway, I am looking to move back to VM and doing the self install, I still have the VM wire entering my home in the living room but I removed the big white wall box once when redecorating and never put it back on and it's been misplaced, will I still be able to do the self install with just the wire (coax?) coming in (it has a male end)? Or, failing that I had multiroom so I still have a box on the wall in the bedroom, would I be able to take that off the wall and connect it back where the one in the living room was / wire still is?Not getting kit and don’t have account number
I made the order on 8th, receive contract and order info saying the kit will be sent to me today 11th. But I haven’t got any text messages or phone call updating the delivery. I only have order number but no account number so I can register to use the app to track the order. What should I do?Solved
