Extra Hub sent
Just had to replace my Hub3 and after a long and protracted discussion with customer services they agreed it was not working and to send one out however VM managed to send 3! I don't want another long and protracted discussion with customer services and I can't find any other way of contacting VM to find out what to do with the extra hubs. Hi, I returned my old hub and cable (VM kit) to Virgin Media on 15/01/25 via my local Yodel shop. However, I’m still receiving emails and texts asking me to return it or I will be charged £40. I have the tracking number for the return, but I don’t have the delivery postcode required to track the package. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
