Extra Hub sent

Just had to replace my Hub3 and after a long and protracted discussion with customer services they agreed it was not working and to send one out however VM managed to send 3! I don't want another long and protracted discussion with customer services and I can't find any other way of contacting VM to find out what to do with the extra hubs.

Anyone from VM on here  that can help

    It's normally the last one that arrived that is the valid one, though this is more difficult is all sent out within a few days. The others get disabled, I think its around 7 days after being sent. Each one is boxed and that is the return packaging.

    You can go online here to get a returns label or extra returns packaging, under "How to swap equipment" and "I’m having problems returning my equipment" sections:

    Suggest you return after 7 days as the one left activated will be the valid one :)

    Always get a receipt as proof of posting.

    A VM team member might be able to do a 1-2-1 message to give you the serial number of the one that would be left activated to make it easier.

      This is extremely important and hold onto it for quite some time.  It has been noted here that VM can chase for Hub returns after a long time.
