Patio damage
When Virigin Media came to my house to set-up my broadband they broke my patio trying to lay the cable. Then they were unable to lay the cable due to a blockage and left. They said they would repair the damage after the cable was laid. After 5 months of repeatedly making appointments and cancelling them, resulting the cable never being laid and never getting broadband, I cancelled the contract but my patio still has this damage. I have contacted VMO2InsuredClaims and they keep claiming they're going to send engineers but they never turn up. How can I escalate this as once again Virigin Media is making appointments they have no intention of keeping?Virgin Media not sending engineers
Virgin Media had someone come and set up the hub on the 30th Jan, however due to a blockage they couldn't connect the cable from outside to my house. This means I have no phone or Internet. After this I repeatedly been given different dates regarding when they'll set everything up but so far nothing has been done. Is there anything I do to get them to come and finish the setup? If not what should I do? They've already given me some credit towards purchasing a data dongle but what happens to this credit if they never connect me to the network? Is there any way I can have this credit paid to me? I'm also told there's a lateness penalty they have to pay. What should I do about this?206Views0likes10Comments
