Gone Away Form and Delivery
Hello, I was supposed to get my router yesterday (January 24, 2024) at my address, and instead received an email saying that you had received my email, and a gone away form was received, and it would take 48 hours to deal with it. I need a connection to work as soon as possible, and it is impossible to track the modem delivery since you do not provide any information to follow up. In addition, I have not been able to sign up for a virgin media account as I have not been allocated an account number. Why is this? I have the order number but this is not the same! I have moved in a new property where Virgin was already installed, and routers and other Virgin Stuff has been left by previous tenants. Also, I have received a Gone Away form message which seems to stop the delivery of my new router (It is supposed to arrive this Saturday 20th) Is the router going to arrive on Saturday? Also, what should I do with the Virgin stuff? Thanks.
