Virgin TV Go App asking to register same device every time
Every time I try to watch live TV through the APP it asks me to register the same device (i.e. replace a device) - I now have this same device 3 times in my list of 5. Plus it is using up one of my 3 changes allowed every time meaning I can't now change for a month. Upshot is I can't watch live TV. I stress that I am using the TV Go APP - not via a browser. My app or device is NOT clearing Cache. How can i fixCant login to Virgin Tv Go app on any device
Im in an endless loop of trying to log into Virgin TV Go on the iphone app or within a web browser. Yesterday i was asked to set up a Virgin Media O2 ID and now i cant access anything. Here are the steps of what is currently happening. Enter email address Enter password Verification email is sent to my email adress Clicked on the 'verify its me' link Get a confimration page saying = 'Your email address has been verified' Go back to Virgin TV Go and Im still logged out Ive tried this numerous times on my PC, Macbook and iPhone and cant login from enay device or any browser. I have just joined Virgin, I have downloaded the Virgin TV Go app but when I try and sign in, I get the message "Service not available". I have deleted the app and reinstalled, I have disconnected and reconnected to my virgin broadband and nothing works. It works using a browser but not the app. Please help
Watching boxing on a mobile device
I've just spent £20 on the boxing. I was hoping to watch it on my phone/tablet in the kitchen while cooking so that I don't miss any of it while others watch it on the TV. I have the Virgin Go app, I've paid for the boxing, but I can't seem to find it. Help please!
