Fast forward skipping / jumping forward
Hello, I have noticed a problem with the fast forward function. Sometimes when fast forwarding, the programme skips forward 10-15mins. When you rewind it goes back to the original position. So the one way to get through that part of the programme is to watch it in real time. This doesn't happen all the time. Seems to happen more often during long, sport recordings. Particularly when in 4K. I have a V6 box. I haven't upgraded to 360 (don't want to lose recordings and series links, and don't like the look of the UI). Any ideas what is going wrong? Thank you. My tv is glitching so badly from the bottom of the screen upwards when watching certain channels or certain recordings. It makes them unwatchable and then we end up just having to delete them. Ive gone through all the help on the app with the box and broadband. It says i have an issue but just keeps telling me to restart the box which i have done numerous times and im trying to chat to anyone online but it doesnt allow me to use that option. Help please!!!! I think i need an engineer.
