Can't register a new account...
It looks like this question has been raised on numerous occasions and requires Virgin Tech support to resolve. I've spoken to the helplines 0345 & 0800 on numerous occasions. I keep getting fobbed off with the same line, I can register after my kits installed. How does that work? You have to register to be able to organise/rearrange the delivery of your kit? The kit is now installed and I still can't register. I've just rejoined Virgin after 12 months away. One of the reasons I left was a similar issue when I joined a few years ago and the appalling customer service. If you're wondering why I'm back, it's the amazing broadband speed that no one else can match/better in my area. If I try and register my account I get kicked out at the generate a password stage. I've tried daily for a week. I've tried in multiple browsers. I've cleared all my browsing in Chrome, as suggest by a Virgin Tech, it still doesn't work. I am using the same email address, as for previous account, but I was assured this wouldn't be a problem. I'm getting extremely frustrated. There must be an easy fix...41Views0likes2Comments
