My Virgin Media IP Blocked on Blacklists – Causing Access Issues and Service Disruptions
I’m having a frustrating issue with my Virgin Media broadband, and I’m hoping someone here can help or offer advice. Virgin Media has assigned me a secondhand IP address that is flagged as a spam IP on the following blacklists: RATS NoPtr Spamhaus ZEN This is causing me a ton of problems. Many websites and online resources I rely on are blocking access, and it’s seriously affecting both my personal and professional activities. I urgently need one of the following: A new IP address or a replacement hub or a significant discount on my contract, as I’m paying for a service that’s being severely disrupted by a secondhand IP address with these issues. What I’ve Tried: Restarting my router to try to get a new IP which didn’t work Contacting Virgin Media support, but so far, I haven’t received any meaningful help.
