Flat address not showing on postcode finder
I am trying to move my services from one address to another. The flat above has a VM connection, and is the only flat showing on the postcode finder. My flat cannot be selected. I live in a shared apartment building which already has a Virgin Media connection, with a locked room in which the distribution panel is located. To enable this to be opened I need the apartment manager present. I have contacted the apartment manager who stated they will only arrive at a specific time (8am) and are not prepared to stay around any longer, therefore I was wondering if it was possible to arrange a specific time for an engineer to attend, otherwise I will not be able to open the room, and I'll have to cancel my subscription completely. I have contacted the team through whatsapp, phone and now am trying the forum, as no one to date has provided me with a clear answer on whether this is possible, and I require confirmation before the installation date on Friday 19th January.
