Login issues
I'm trying to login into my account but all i'm getting is: Sorry, we can't sign you in just now Don't worry, it's just a quick pause to help keep your account safe. Instead: Use a device you've signed in on before Try again from a familiar connection If you're on a VPN, switch it off and have another go Still stuck? If this keeps happening, get in touch with us (quoting reference IDF-12B) and we'll help sort it. No matter what i do, i can login on my phone but i can't login to my PC at all. Anyway to resolve this? Thanks9Views0likes0CommentsEmail "Disabled", multiple addresses.
I have more than one email address. When I try log in to Virgin Media it asks for the Password for my "Virgin Media O2 ID". I sign in with my primary email address, and it says welcome back. It shows me my latest bill etc. I go to Mail, via the Quicklink, and I find myself in the mail.virginmedia.com/appsuite where I can see the emails that relate to the address that I signed in with. But my other email addresses are not available. Two of them have warning triangles and another is not visible at all! I click on the "settings" gearwheel and bring up Accounts. One of them, the one I signed in with is in red and clearly functioning. The two with warnings say: "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them." The one that isn't visible says: "Account is disabled" I can still read my emails from all accounts if I use "Outlook". But it seems to be impossible to get at them via the Virgin Media site. What is going on?66Views0likes3CommentsVirgin Media O2 ID without 2FA or 2nd EMail address
We have had absolute nightmares with our customers contacting us to help with registering for Virgin Media O2 ID. What a shambles and why are we having to do your job? But aside from that we have a customer who is severely sight impaired so does not have a mobile phone. Her only email address is the Virgin one so how are you dealing with disabled customers as this doesn't even get close? This is a leagl requirement.195Views0likes3Comments
