Virgin TV Go
I have just joined Virgin, I have downloaded the Virgin TV Go app but when I try and sign in, I get the message "Service not available". I have deleted the app and reinstalled, I have disconnected and reconnected to my virgin broadband and nothing works. It works using a browser but not the app. Please help
Watching boxing on a mobile device
I've just spent £20 on the boxing. I was hoping to watch it on my phone/tablet in the kitchen while cooking so that I don't miss any of it while others watch it on the TV. I have the Virgin Go app, I've paid for the boxing, but I can't seem to find it. Help please!
