Free TNT Sports offer - Eurosport being removed Hi I received an email saying due to the fact we watch Eurosport and it is being deactivated end Feb, we can get TNT Sports for free (charged for but credited by Virgin) for the remainder of our contract. I have the V6 box and couldn't do the add-on on the box (as per the email instructions). I can however do it in the Virgin Media App. My questions: Should I upgrade to V360 box and then try the TNT add-on OR Add the TNT add-on via my App? If so, will the credit actually be applied, as when I rang Virgin they had no idea what I was talking about! Is there a way to email someone or share a screenshot of the offer email so it can be all sorted without me being charged £18 extra a month. Ideally I don't want to upgrade to V360 just to get this, if there is a simpler way. Has anyone successfully done this and how? Thanks Jamie Solved
