This is the reason ive created an account on here. I have called Virgin directly and cancelled TNT on two seperate accassons. Once 3 Months ago and the latest over a month ago and I am still subscibed and paying for it. Each time i called i waa put through to an Indian call centre, had to go throught the security process and the cslls took nearly 40 minutes each both with the same result.... NOT CANCELLED.
I have now had an email to say my new monthy bill as of April 28 will be over £5 more.
I am not happy with the service at all as i have been a customer from day one. I will definately be leaving at the end of this contract due to the terrible customer service. False promises to cancel TNT but still take the full amout from my bank every month.
