Password reset issue (Request in progress)
I have tried to log into my Virgin media account, but I had forgotten my password. I hvae gone through the forgotten password route, but the moment I put in the new password I get stuck with a request in progress loop that so far has been going on for 10 minutes! I have tired clearing cache and data, as well as trying on Edge, Chrome & mobile. nothing works! Has any solution been found for this annoyance ?
