Password reset issue (Request in progress)
I have tried to log into my Virgin media account, but I had forgotten my password. I hvae gone through the forgotten password route, but the moment I put in the new password I get stuck with a request in progress loop that so far has been going on for 10 minutes! I have tired clearing cache and data, as well as trying on Edge, Chrome & mobile. nothing works! Hi, hope somebody can help. We were installed yesterday, and the connection is good, thank you. As you emailed me, I'm trying to register for MyVirginMedia, using my last name, account number, and area number, but the registration page is stuck on Request In Progress. I have cleared my cache and tried on different browsers and my phone & PC - but no luck so far. Could somebody please help me? Many thanks
