WiFi issues -pods
hi gang I have upgraded to gig fibre this week . I several issues of coverage at home after running tests in the virgin connect app . sub 30 mb.. the button to order pods doesn't work ,and from my phone call yesterday I was promised a call back on this issue . could I get some assistance on this please.26Views0likes1CommentI joined 2 months ago, I got 500Mbps on day 1 but not since.
I joined 2 months ago, I got 500Mbps on day 1 but not since, had to make complaints as never installed correctly at start, Internet speed test are all over the place, was offered a pod and 8 pound credit monthly to cover cost, nearly 2 weeks no pod arrived, messaged asking them to check how long, now asking me for evidence of pod... so frustrating am considering ombudsman next.
