Can’t turn off Audio description
The Virgin TV go app updated on my iPad today - and the audio description is now on, and I cannot turn it off. I have checked the “settings/accessibility” and AD is turned ‘OFF’ but it still plays. There is no option on the actual to channel to turn off either (it just shows subtitles off/on) This looks like a bug. How will it get fixed.
