Consistent 403 error when visiting different websites
When trying to browse various websites I frequently visit, in the last 2 weeks, I am not seeing a 403 Error when browsing on ANY device using my Virgin Broadband. examples include premierleague.com, audible.co.uk, imdb.com and wetransfer.com. I can access all of these on when using other networks or on my mobile, but cannot access at home using Virgin broadband. The odd thing is, if I use a VPN, it allows me to view all the websites. Which suggests it's something to do with my current IP address. Please help.53Views0likes5CommentsGetting a 403 when accessing a website
Hi there, I have all of a sudden started to get a 403 when accessing a Breach and Attack SaaS platform that I use for work. The website is app.picussecurity.com and app.eu.picussecurity.com both have stopped working when connected to my home WIFI. Any help on how I resolve this issue would be great.282Views0likes2CommentsBlueyonder email - forbidden 403 error
I have had my blueyonder email address for about 15 years, and I understand it is linked to my parents VM account for broadband/ TV which I will need to keep that way to avoid the account being orphaned. A month ago I stopped being able to access my emails from the web page, getting the Forbidden 403 error. This happened across multiple devices (2 laptops and a phone). I have the MFA set up, and changed my login email address a few months ago when prompted. I am still receiving my emails on my phone, where my blueyonder email is accessed by my Gmail app, but fear that it is only a matter of time before something will happen and they stop syncing too. I have already started changing as many logins as possible to a different email address but it would be good if I could just access my email from the web again, so I can set up email forwarding in case, and VM delivered the service which I have signed up for!559Views0likes1Comment
