Virgin 360 upgrade issue
I ordered my new 360 remote and it has arrived today. I have clicked on the install now app and I keep getting the error UPGRADE FAIL ma1/4/conversion_completed. Hi, I've got two V6 boxes on the same account. I'm upgrading to 360 after receiving an email with the free upgrade offer. I've used the UPGRADE NOW app on one V6 box and the help video says that the second box will upgrade automatically after I've received a new remote and run the INSTALL app on the first box. The confirmation text says they are sending "a remote". Will they automatically send 2 or do I need to use the upgrade app on the second box to get a second remote?
