Because it is finding sites you have used the email address on, then changing it to the new one, which most sites want you to confirm the change on your old email address. Paying or not, it is bad brand customer service. I would pay to keep the email for 12 months so I had the time to move all my contacts to another email address, yet after 25yr of giving virgin brand advising every time I handed that email address out, you would think they would be a bit more helpful.29KViews0likes0CommentsVirgin Net Email
This sudden termination of the Virgin Net email address with just 30 days notice is a disgrace. A lot of people have been using these emails for over 20 years. The notice should be at least 1 year to give people the time for the huge task of contacting people, updating their email address and being able to receive a email on the virgin account to verify the update.34KViews7likes24Comments
