New Contact not showing in my Virgin Media Account
On Monday 12 August 2024 I agreed over the phone to a new 18 Month TV/Broadband/Landline Contract through the Virgin Media Retentions Department all went smooth the New Contract was emailed to me and a further email stating "All Sorted" the starting date of the Contract is 14 August 2024 so today on the date it should have started i logged into my Account at 2pm and there is no sign of it I still have my previous Contract and Services which are about to end on 8 September 2024 and the price I pay for them will Rocket if my newly agreed Contract is not applied I'm hoping everything is OK but I'm obviously concerned that the new Contract isn't on my Account, any advice will be gratefully received thankyou.Greyhound Racing on Sky Sports Red Button
Please can someone explain why the Greyhound Racing through the Red Button which started on 1st January 2024 is not available on my Sky Sports Racing Channel on my V6 Box, it's so frustrating being unable to watch it because i'm an avid Greyhound Racing fan.Re: Greyhound Racing on Sky Sports Red Button
Please can someone explain why as I'm subscribed to Sky Sports with Virgin that I can get Sky Sports Racing Channel on my V6 Box but there is a lock on the Sky Sports Racing Channel on the Sky Sports app when I've signed in with my Virgin email & password but all other Sky Sports Channels are available to me on the Sky Sports app using the same sign in credentials ?
