The one i just got will only allow for 1 item (the hub 3) to be packaged in. That has been packed and ready to return. It is impossible to fit both items in it, i tried. You wanted the Hub 3 and the Voip battery pack<-- can only be the phone. Returning. Will send once a returns pack comes through (although i do not know how long my virginmedia email will last for) since my services ended 23rd August. Re: back up phone, how to use it? HAVING TO HIJACK THIS TOPIC POST. Having cancelled my services and am unable to make or start new topics for yrs on here as i have absolutly no idea how to start topics on here there is no option. Anyways got a returns packaging, just big enough to put the hub in, it ios NOT i repeat NOT big enough to also put this phone inside it at all. So you will be needing to send me another returns packaging. For me to return this phone back (its the only thing i can think of that is Voip battery pack phone). Re: linking virgin media account to virgin media O2 ID account It's because they are merging both the Virginmedia AND O2 accounts back into 1 (scroll up a little) and there systems as well as ours for account issue and log ins are also down (apparently since Monday) they are hoping for an update tomorrow (they were told a week) but it could technically go into next week as well. From what i was told when i rang. SO everyone will be unable to log into their accounts for both services till this has been resolved, once its finished i bet many (myself included) will more than likely be phoning up with the same problem, but until they are done thats it. Scroll up a little to see better explanation and reply back to a forum team member who replied to my original post. Most likely the same issues for everyone. Thing is they should have sent out notifications to this if it was goign to disrupt things like this. Re: linking virgin media account to virgin media O2 ID account no it just tells you to call 150 (or other numbers) to speak to support and an error code IDF-12B Phoned Support and was told the system is down since monday, due to a merge of both O2 and Virginmedia so you are unable to log into your accounts (even we here cannot check as were also affected), we are hoping to have an update tomorrow as to how long the system will be down for. Right now the virginmedia email log in sends you to this info and the others (now give same message) used to give a that email does not exist message, (with O2 i clicked the forgot email, typed in my mobile number, got a txt message saying the email i was using that apparently does not exist was the right one). You should have notified your customers on both O2 and Virginmedia that account log ins are out for a week (or so) i am now hoping you guys send out emails saying this (if its going to be affecting next week) and when its fully done and working, else you are just going to get inundated with phonecalls asking account issues. I myself was stressed out last night. Re: Tried to login to my email this morning, says it doesn't exist I had the same issue last night, i have been on the phone and was told they are merging Both O2 and Virginmedia together (again, since they seperated it what 2yrs ago). Anyways accounts are down (from what i was told) and there hoping for an update tomorrow but could be next week but even they are locked out from the system. What they should have done was notified their customers about this for both virginmedia and O2 as i am locked out of BOTH until this is resolved. Hopefully they will let us know its all up and running. Re: linking virgin media account to virgin media O2 ID account I am also having an issue as well. Tried to log into my o2 service and it said that email does not exist (or somethign like that) and to try again, i tried again same thing. So i used another email same thing so i used my virginmedia email it took me to the password tried the one i have written down for my o2 and it did not work. I then went back and put in the forgot mail and had to put in my mobile number, which sent me a txt message saying what my email was for the account which was the exact same one i was using that apparently does NOT exist???? NOW i am locked out of BOTH trying to log into o2 AND virginmedia and have to call 150 on my homephone to speak to support but they both CLOSED 8am-9pm. What the hell is going on with you? 1st you join togther then you seperate so you had to make a seperate o2 account which has somewhat broken everything, i havent got a clue whats what anymore. Unable to log into virginmedia unable to login o2 have to call 150 does this mean i have to go through VM support and then do it all again goign through o2 support too???? Re: Package price not honest Sort of simular here. I signed a new contract for £57 a mth and was charged £63. Mentioned it on forums and was confirmed it was £57 (i was never charged that) then the price increased and it went upto £69 (for 500mb dowload, 50 mb upload and a telephone service that piggy backs on the internet that your already paying for btu have to pay for a line rental... what line rental they gone. i dont have TV. Since then have had someone called you fibre knocking on door who offer 1gb (1000mb upload and download) for £30 a month and £4 if you want a phone (£34) a month. I am really considering moving, since its 2x faster and 1 hell of a lot better with upload spd as well as being slightly more than half price of the bill than virgin is. Re: Fake anti-virus warnings... same here. Also now getting e-mails saying that my account has been locked due to suspicious behavior that mcaffee has seen. Since VirginMedia AND Myo2 has partnered up with mcaffee, they want you to sign up and pay a monthly subscription to this sack of dung. Well nope i wont. and i believe this also to be scam e-mails. So i just trash e'm into the discard bin... Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 likewise, everythign worked yesterday, though i never had an e-mail informing of work comming to it. Then last night i was getting errors with receiving (sending said completed and fine) but today i have sent a test from the VM web mail to my hotmail and after 30 minutes it still has not arrived) and also sent earlier than that through my outlook which well exactly the same. I was also unable to access the webmail VM service last night either, today i can but nothing seems to work. Whatever they did they sure messed up. If i was the only one having issues then it would be on my side, but i am not so it is deffinetly on their end and somethign they di (again) but they always try to make it its our fault. Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 i was unable to access even through teh virginmedia web last night. I am able to now but am still unable to receieve through my outlook pop3. It will send but not receive.
