Is anybody having problems with their landline in the BH18 area? We received a call at 09.00 this morning but by 11.30 people trying to contact us were either being told our number does not exist or they couldn't connect with us. We are unable to dial out. Thanks for the reply I did responded to to Molly_T yesterday, cancelling the visit, but I was worried with the weekend and the fact that the visit is on Monday. I did ask for the visit to be cancelled on the chat yesterday, but did not receive an acknowledgement. If I phone on 150 I am told I still have a visit outstanding. Yesterday I had a problem with my landline. After a helpful conversation, on the community, I got an engineer's visit arranged, then the fault was corrected or corrected itself, so the visit is not required. Have spent this morning trying to cancel the visit. I have got the same response if I try and cancel on-line, via the text sent when the appointment was confirmed and by using 150 on the phone. The result is always that there is nothing wrong with my system, but they want to do a hub re-boot. Why when all I want to do is cancel a visit?
