Land line BH18

Land line dead this morning, when trying to call it from a mobile either get a message saying system busy or connection is cancelled. No unavailable or engaged tones 

Any advice

    Thank you for your post, we're very sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the landline.

    Please make sure if using a cordless phone that it's fully charged.

    Please make sure any phones are not off the hook – and that all cords are plugged in and secure.

    For the best connection, connect your phone directly into the main Virgin Media wall socket – and check you’re not using an extension cable.

    Check the connection is tightly connected, it will make a 'click' noise when connected perfectly.

    Please try another handset if possible.
