I'm somewhat confused as to finding the correct one. The most recent one I can find is 1st January 2023. After giving notice to quit, the Virgin 'Discount' team called me on 02039804396, multiple times and I answered today and spoke to someone called 'Donna'. Three minutes into discussing what package I was after and hence the reason for leaving she was being pretty terse, talking over me as I was explaining my query context then just hung up on me! For a loyal high-end customer who always pays on time, not to mention common customer courtesy, I'm appalled with her attitude. Of course I cannot return the call. Is there anyway I can make a specific complaint about her? Any input from anyone or a CS rep would be appreciated. I just talked to Sky and they reckon it's not technically possible to have say a BT landline service at the same time as their, or yours for eg, landline service. Is that correct do you think? I thought, like you said as they're 2 different signals systems, it ois viable. Is it Pots vs VOIP? A simple task of changing my landline package is beyond the wit of VM evidently.. I have got in mind my final 3 possible options and combinations of 3 providers. As if I ask for VMs Talk 200 Extra on top of 'Weekend Chatter' it pushes the quote through the roof. I can get another provider for £22pm which has 5 times the call allowance. That's what the other thread referred to. Again their odd landline upgrade permutations. I forgot their landline is VOIP isnt it If that makes sense! I had over an hr web chat the other day about potentially renewing my contract after many years with Virgin as it terminates in less than a month. The choice of package combinations to choose within reasonable parameters of cost are ludicrous. Their bundling dynamic algorithmic system has design aspects compatible with human psychology or behavioral proclivities! They couldn't sort out a package I was content with, hence jumping ship. Do you know if I take out their cheapest service as an 18 month renewal, which includes a landline package. Am I technically able to get a different landline provider after that as it matches my requirements?
