Re: Problems with Hub 5 wifi after installing access point Thank you. Problems with Hub 5 wifi after installing access point Hi I have added an access point to my back bedroom as I was having hardly any wifi signal , the house I stay in has all brick walls so I put an access point in my back bedroom ( installed taking an ethernet cat6 from my hub 5 and poe injector) and it seems to be working okay, the problem I am having is when i disable the hub 5 wifi ( which is recommended) and use the network diagnostic check I have these messages after running diagnostics. I have attached images with access point connected and hub 5 wifi enabled. Network Diagnostics with Hub 5 disabled wifi . Hub status when wifi disconnected, any help would be very much appreciated. The access point I installed was the Tp-Link EAP 650 and at present have only connected my Tv in bedroom to it. thanks Apps Signed Out & Recordings Lost After Restart Hi all, I’ve been facing an issue with my Virgin Media TV box 360, installed about 3 years ago. Every few weeks, I encounter an error message saying something like “it has not been possible” and instructing me to restart the box. Although restarting resolves the immediate issue, it leads to two recurring problems: Firstly, all of my apps (like Netflix and BBC iPlayer) are signed out, and I have to log in again. Secondly, and more frustratingly, all my recordings are deleted after the restart. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or found a solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
