Each time I try to sign in to sky sports it says Access Denied. I contacted customer service and was told that the technical department will rectify the matter, and this was on the 24th of October. Nonetheless, it has been a very frustrating time not being able to watch a service you pay for JT101 Re: Registered devices Hi Steven Thanks for your reply I had contacted a technician from virgin media to reset my devices but he could not so I lodged a complaint as I was paying for a service that i could not access until 1st September. I then spoke to another technician and he was able to carry out a rest and I can now watch tv on my virgin tv go. The facilities for me to delete three devices per month was not present in my device management but its there now and I can delete a device to save going over the maximum devices that i can use once a month. On another note, when i had reached the maximum devices used it was only on the Edge browser which baffled me as I was not using any other devices for me to reach the maximum 5 devices!!. I was told to use google chrome in the future as it is better than Edge when accessing my virgin tv go- do you agree?
