Its not surprising that virgin have been voted the worst broadband company for customer service! Re: Virgin Media are full of false promises My package is still showing as my original package, when I signed up, I have a hub 3 and it states on the new contract that the router will be upgraded to the hub 5, I use it in modem mode anyway as I find the WiFi on the hub 3 is pretty poor Virgin Media are full of false promises Nearly two weeks ago I was offered the chance to upgrade to 1gb broadband & new router all for £3.99 per month extra, I accepted the offer and a new contract was sent to me with the new speed and price increase. Well despite several calls I am still yet to receive the upgrade, I have the new contract and I want virgin to honour the contract. We pay a high price for virgin services and get treated like inconveniences' Seriously thinking of cancelling paying an early release fee and going to BT for my BB and Freeview or my TV Online broadband speed increase Hi All I was recently sent an offer to upgrade my M350 (volt boosted to M500) to 1gb, + new hub 5 for £3.99 per month so I jumped at the chance, I placed the order online on the 1st November and received a new contract showing the speed increase and new charges, and so far I have heard nothing, called support and they couldn't see any new order on my account, am I being to eger or should I raise this with customer service, and confirm if my order was processed
