Now there is no response at all despite several attempts to communicate as to why, despite resolving your bizarre contract query, I still dont have access to TNT. Re: TNT sports package subscription but can't access OK so I sent all my details to the forum team after going through numerous security questions - sent them proof of my revised contract and the e-mail confirmation of the TNT add-on I signed up for two weeks ago, which took several more back and forth emails,...only for them to eventually say yes, I could have TNT for the price I had already signed up for! No really... And after all that, you guessed it...I still cant get access to TNT. You really couldn't make this up. However I still can't access TNT. Phoned customer service and when I eventually got through to a call handler they had no knowledge of my subscription and offered to include TNT for an increased monthly fee which I declined as I had already signed up for it. TNT subscription but can't access Hi, agreed to take out a TNT sports add on for our TV at a discounted rate of £12 per month, as per the offer on my Virginmedia app. - mainly due to the sad loss of Eurosport and needing to see cycling and tennis coverage. Received email confirmation of charges and new monthly total. However after rebooting 360box I still don't have access to TNT channels. Is there something else I need to do? I assumed that I would get immediate access. Took out subscription yesterday. Does anyone know how this can be resolved? Re: Box keeps turning off. How did you get on. I'm having exactly the same issue after 'upgrading' to Virgin 360. Keeps turning off completely (no lights at front) and the only way to turn it on again is by switching off and on at the back of unit. Works OK when watching bit when turning off TV and leaving V6 in standby mode (red light) it then goes off completely. Very frustrating.
