TNT sports package subscription but can't access

Hi, took out a £12 TNT sports package subscription due to demise of Eurosport and had a confirmation email of my new revised contract and charges with TNT add on. However I still can't access TNT. Phoned customer service and when I eventually got through to a call handler they had no knowledge of my subscription and offered to include TNT for an increased monthly fee which I declined as I had already signed up for it. Why is this so difficult for VM to sort out? 😕 I'm getting increasingly frustrated with their poor service and their above inflation annual cost hike to the extent that I am considering looking elsewhere...any recommendations?

  • OK so I sent all my details to the forum team after going through numerous security questions - sent them proof of my revised contract and the e-mail confirmation of the TNT add-on I signed up for two weeks ago, which took several more back and forth emails,...only for them to eventually say yes, I could have TNT for the price I had already signed up for! No really...

    And after all that, you guessed it...I still cant get access to TNT.  You really couldn't make this up.

      Thanks for sticking with the team via Private Message. Before we can make any changes on the account, you need to agree. I can see you've done this however the person helping via PM hasn't been able to pick up your reply yet. Once the changes are made, you'll receive a private message to confirm this and to confirm that you should now be able to access TNT Sports.

  • Sorry but I don't accept that it takes a while to respond to messages on PM when yesterday I was responded to relatively quickly with several messages back and forwards. Now there is no response at all despite several attempts to communicate as to why, despite resolving your bizarre contract query, I still dont have access to TNT. I am basically back where I started from with no access to a service I am paying for! A truly terrible customer experience.

  • OK by way of an update, I finally have access to TNT and watched Champions League highlights last night. Happy days!

    Got there in the end....Phew!
