ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Can’t access hub 4 settings or vm connect app Absolutely shocking service that as a customer I cannot access both the router hub (white screen) or VM connect app (cannot find hub) and VM are not able to offer any kind of solution to this Re: HUB 4 UI unresponsive Hello, I have been experiencing this issue for over a month now. Is there actually a solution to this? Do I need to request a hub5?! Re: Cannot connect to hub 5 Apologies you are correct it's a hub4 Thank you for the insight, are you able to point to a resolution to this issue? Re: Cannot connect to hub 5 Thanks for the response. Accessing VM Connect app with Android mobile connected to the Internet with no DNS changer. Tried reset as described. For the admin menu, I can access the front page but when I input the password and get stuck on the white screen attached to the original post. Thanks Cannot connect to hub 5 I have tried everything, resetting the hub, disconnecting and reconnecting cables etc. however my VM Connect App cannot find the hub + my WiFi pods won't work and are continously flashing. Note - internet is working fine! No changes to have cause this but this has been the case for a few weeks now. Any suggestions on a fix please? Thank you! Re: Sound cutting out for a second repeatedly No Re: Sound cutting out for a second repeatedly Hi, Totally random as far as I can tell - setup and any troubleshooting detailed further up the thread. JB Re: Sound cutting out for a second repeatedly The silence from VM speaks volumes. The same issue across multiple users, setups and devices and we are all left scrambling to find our own workarounds, yet VM apparently 'cannot replicate the issue'. Enjoy paying through the nose for a sub-standard service and an issue that VM openly ignores. It would appear to be more effort than it's worth asking for VM to investigate a resolution... Re: Sound cutting out for a second repeatedly Thanks for your reply - I have generally found that it happens across all 3 settings but couldn't comment on which is worse. I'm also surprised that as a relatively new VM customer that this appears to be a common issue that 'can't be replicated' by VM or resolved? Re: Sound cutting out for a second repeatedly Thanks Megan All cables checked and fine. I have turned dolby audio to 'always convert' for now as that is the preferable setting (disable suggested as work around) if you could troubleshoot. Then I can alway switch to disabled and try again if that helps. JB
