Yes that's how I read it so not a deal for me, it would help if it was explained at the outset instead of wrapping it up in a deal were I would lose one or more of my services in my contract I'm signed up to at the moment so I'll be staying on the contract I'm signed up to now. Re: Black friday internet upgrade. I thought I'd signed a contract that covered me for the duration of that contract for all the services I signed up for. Re: Black friday internet upgrade. So what your saying if I take the upgrade I will lose Tnt sports. Black friday internet upgrade. I've had an email to upgrade my Internet speed to 1g with first 3 mths free but if I'm reading it right you have to sign a new 18 mth contract. The problem with that is last time I did this I lost part of the package I was on even tho they told me that wouldn't happen ie I lost my movie 4k and TNT sports which I eventually got back with a lot of hassle. So is there anyway of upgrading without losing any part of my package or is it best leaving this alone. SolvedRe: Direct debit and billing In my last correspondence with him he has told me that my bill will revert back to £74 on my next payment but I had an email off virgin thanking me for the changes I had made on my contract and the upcoming bill will be £81 so I'm waiting to see what they charge me. I put a complaint in on the chat line a couple of weeks ago and they gave me a case number but I've heard nothing since. I've had enough of chat and phoning them it's the worst customer service I've ever had from anyone, it's making me feel ill dealing with them, why no one can't just correct my contract is ridiculous. Direct debit and billing Hi Can anyone help me with this problem I've just changed to another package with virgin £74 the previous one was £64 anyway I've had a email this morning saying I'm late paying and they've put a £7.50 charge on my bill which now comes to over £150. I have been with virgin for years now and thought payments would be dealt with the direct debit, anyway phoned 150 on my phone and was told the direct debit had been cancelled but on the app it says direct debit is set up so this is something the agent has done when I signed up for the new contract. I've had to pay them £148 this morning to them by credit card. And I've got to pay them £74 next month on another direct debit they've now set up again. Can anyone help me with this they already removed services on the new contract after telling me it would be the same which I posted on here and an agent called kane was supposed to have sorted for me but that hasn't happened. I'm worried now I'm being scammed. Re: New contract What I was asking for if someone has a contact for a uk agent so I can get an explanation to why I wasn't properly informed on what was about to be removed from my package and hopefully have them put back. New contract Hi I've just signed up for another 18 mths and I asked the specific question would everything I have now be on my new contract but on looking at what they have sent through my anytime phone has changed to any time chatter which will now charge for numbers I had for free in my other package. Also my uhd channels will be going and I had 600 mb before now I'm going to get 500 mb. Hopefully I haven't missed anything else missing. I'm not happy as I asked was everything the same, I was talking to an agent from another country, has anyone else had this experience and how do I contact someone from this country for them to explain what's going on.
