New contract

Hi

I've just signed up for another 18 mths and I asked the specific question would everything I have now be on my new contract but on looking at what they have sent through my anytime phone has changed to any time chatter which will now charge for numbers I had for free in my other package. Also my uhd channels will be going and I had 600 mb before now I'm going to get 500 mb. Hopefully I haven't missed anything else missing. I'm not happy as I asked was everything the same, I was talking to an agent from another  country, has anyone else had this experience and how do I contact someone from this country for them to explain what's going on.

    We are very sorry if you were mis advised at all regarding what the new contract includes.

    Anytime chatter includes calls to UK landlines and UK mobiles. 

    We are sorry if this wasn't explained along with the broadband and UHD changes.

    If you do not wish to proceed, you do have a 14 day right to cancel period if you are unhappy with the details on the contract.

    Are you wanting to now cancel the new contract term?

      What I was asking for if someone has a contact for a uk agent so I can get an explanation to why I wasn't properly informed on what was about to be removed from my package and hopefully have them put back.
