Just to understand what is going on a little better, can you confirm what devices this issue is occurring on exactly (make/model of phone etc.) Also if possible are you able to connect the laptop to the hub via ethernet cable to check whether this improves your downloads? I'm not sure of the purpose of the transfer, but unfortunately we are unable to confirm what properties do and do not have access to our services via forums. If our moving team has advised this is not serviceable, it's possible that the street/ area has reached capacity. This is a common reason why some houses are serviceable in an area and some aren't. Again, I can't confirm exactly in this case, apologies. If you do get back in touch with the Moving / Technical team, it may be worth confirming if the house itself has been surveyed by an engineer as this will be how we know for sure whether the service is possible or whether there are plans to increase the coverage in the area. I would advise you to get in touch with our movers team as they can best advise on the current information available on whether your new property is serviceable - this may differ from what our online service reflects. The best way to get in touch would be 0345 454 1111 (150 from a VM phone) press 1 then 4 then 3. Kind regards,
