NTLworld was suddenly cut off. No warning.
Appalled at the amount of people that VM have cut off with no notification. I am currently migrating Thunderbird over to my Husbands gmail account as his NTL world was suddenly cut off. No warning. How about a class action against VM.I feel sorry for people older than me that have been left to navigate this debacle. Hello again. My husband has used Thunderbird for his emails at ntlworld.com Since yesterday He is getting a message. Thunderbird cannnot find imap.virginmedia.com. Can anyone help withthis. Because I cannot change my email on the VMO2 on PC,I tried again this morning and could see the Change Telephone Password as shown on your screen shot. So that is one problem solved. I can only see Manage linked accounts. There is Add VM Account and Add VM Email Acc. Telephone password is not there. I am reluctant to press Add VM Acc as I have had trouble getting emails and it is only just resolved after 3 weeks .Thanks for the reply.46Views0likes2Comments
