V6 box (with 360 software) failing. Can I get another?
My trusty V6 box hard drive is failing. It is losing recordings and series links, and it is also randomly logging out of all the apps. I like to be able to record shows and skip adverts. If I report the faulty box to Virgin will I still be able to get a V6 or TV360 recording box, or will I be limited to streaming box only? This has also happened to me today. Charged £15.99 by Netflix. Virgin said I was still signed up to Netflix. Netflix account says Virgin contract has ended. Spent 20 minutes on the phone to 150 who had no idea what was going on. How do we fix this?1.9KViews0likes0Comments
