[MOD EDIT: Subject title changed for clarity] Re: Virgin WiFi / Ethernet Booster Thanks JB - will do Re: Virgin WiFi / Ethernet Booster Thanks client62 but I think you are wrong. By the bye this kit is 5+ years old, I presume Virgin will bin it when returned - does anyone know what they will charge me to keep it? I can see them for sale on eBay for <£20 Virgin WiFi / Ethernet Booster I am leaving Virgin (painful) - I know I will have to return the kit amongst which is a Virgin WiFi / Ethernet Booster (plugs into the 13amp socket with ethernet cables to rooter and PC). I like to have my desktop PC connected this way - what will they charge me to keep it / what can I buy that will replace it like for like function? TIA Re: Monthly charges I know I have to give Virgin notice of me leaving - how do I optimise that -. lets say for example I am going to Sky and I want Sky in on the day that Virgin is out do I call Virgin first and get a date or can I call Sky hear the deal offer and give them a date and then call Virgin? Re: Monthly charges Thanks for the helpful replies . . . . I am still working on this and ALL options Monthly charges My current package is M250 + Maxit TV + Sports + Any time telephone. I am 'out of contract'. My monthly bill keeps going up, it was about £75 a few months back and this month is now at £95. What are others paying for this package? Should I move to sky? Re: Have to resubscribe to TNT Sports. What? I got the below email today - what does it mean? I pay for Sky Sports - we don't watch any sport other than my wife watches golf. I am happy to lose all sport other than golf, in an ideal world I would like NOT to pay for soccer etc., and just pay for golf. All that said, if I am paying £20 a month and that is not going to reduce - why would lose channels? Hello We wanted to let you know that we’re making a change to the way we provide TNT Sports channels in order to continue to provide the best value entertainment packages for our customers. We’ve noticed that you haven’t viewed these channels in the last 6 months, and therefore we’re removing automatic access to them from 30th June 2024. Don’t worry, nothing else is changing. If you wish to re-activate TNT Sports, you can click here for more information. Thanks The Virgin Media team
