package increasing 300 %
I am now in my 30 days notice period, it ends on march 20 2025. This i have had to do because my package was going up to 189 pounds March 20th then up to 212.42 on APRIL 1st. I currently pay 66.96 for the volt gig 1 package. Having been with virgin and all the previous owners i e NTL Comcast for over 35 years i find this shocking treatment. Hi I recently cancelled my contract as it was nearly up and virgin wanted to double the price for the same package so I gave notice to cancel .Since then I have been getting calls from [MOD EDIT: Spoofed number] saying its virgin media , I gave three characters from my password and they seemed to know all about my package.but when I phoned virgin on 150 they dont know who it is .Has anyone else come across this many thanks.1KViews0likes3Comments
