Hi I recently cancelled my contract as it was nearly up and virgin wanted to double the price for the same package so I gave notice to cancel .Since then I have been getting calls from [MOD EDIT: Spoofed number] saying its virgin media , I gave three characters from my password and they seemed to know all about my package.but when I phoned virgin on 150 they dont know who it is .Has anyone else come across this many thanks.
You can tell nothing from the caller ID number alone due to the possibility of the number being spoofed. View the reports below

which mostly seem to link the number to VM calling after customer cancellations.
A VM person should reply here within a few days and may be able to tell you more.
