Sky go allows this by charging you a multi room fee, then allowing you access to all the channels you subscribe to on your main package. Nope i am still having issues, most the channels unwatchable in the evenings, diagnostic is showing high fluctuating numbers on the RS uncorrected on the channels im having issues with, into 3 figures.... Re: Error code W02 Hi Its a tivo box, i have held onto the tivo as long as i can as i use the scart for a videosender. I believe that if/when i change to a v6, the scart will be gone. Error code W02 I am getting the dreaded screen pixelation and W02 error on my TIVO box. I have tried all the recommended tries to fix the problem, but to no avail - the problems persist (although it seems that occasionally it will recover for a few hours viewing). I have had a TiVo box for many years; it has recently been having signal issues so I was thinking of asking for a v6 upgrade. Firstly, I would like to know if virgin will let me upgrade to a v6 box, and secondly, I currently use a video sender with my TiVo connected to the scart to send tv upstairs. Thanks for the advice japitts, i did indeed try to nogotiate as i have done the last 5 years, however the person i spoke to this time in retentions, struggled to understand me so i spent 40 minutes explaining the situation to someone who had a very basic grasp of english. Hello, i am hoping someone can help me with how i can get in touch with the department to select a new deal after my 18 month deal ends in feb next year. For 5 years now i have always phoned up close to my deal expiring, spoked to someone in retentions and always hammered out a new deal successfully. I am currently on 107 a month, and my online dashboard is offering me 117 a month from feb for the next 18 months. I can accept this immediately if its what i wanted.......But as usual i phoned up to see if it could be slightly better............This time i wasted a whole hour on the phone and ended up being offered both "151" a month and a speacial deal of "124" a month! Trying to explain to the person on the phone that this was higher then my current offer was mind blowing so i gave up! Anyone got some advice how i can speak to someone in authority that can help me out? Have been vm for 15 years but after this experience im looking at similar sky stream packages to what i have coming in around the 100 a month mark for 24 months. Thanks.
