Two bits here.
1: The legacy TiVo is the last of VM's TV boxes to support Scart - newer boxes have HDMI output. You'll need to find a third-party HDMI wireless sender or somesuch, and make sure it's HDCP2.2 compliant. Your alternative would be to have a multi-room subscription.
2: Can of worms here... All of VM's marketing focus is on encouraging migrations from TiVo/V6 onto TV360. V6 & TV360 use the same physical box but with very different software - TiVo is very recording-focused, TV360 (which uses Horizon-software) is very app & online-driven instead. Many of their CS policies are therefore geared towards this end.
TiVo's with a diagnosed service fault are swapped out for V6, but any request for a box-swap or upgrade is likely to be taken as a request for a migration to TV360. Given that there's many significant functional differences between TiVo & Horizon-firmware, it's your choice whether you're just looking for a newer box or whether you want/don't want to convert.
