My previous hub worked fine but my new Hub 3.0 is not syncing with my blink sync module. It is saying the WiFi password is not accepted. I have tried all the resets possible - the hub and the sync module, inc starting a new system on the app. I gather it may be the hub settings? Can anyone explain as simply as possible what to do to change these? Or, can anyone let me know of any indoor camera systems that do work - as reluctant as I am to get a new system I don’t want to be without for long. Thank you Solid red light on Hub 3 - internet working My hub 3 is showing a solid red light as of this morning. I haven't changed the location of the hub, covered the vents, and there has been no temperature increase where I live so the conditions have not changed to make it overheat. I have done a full power off restart and pin restart and it is still steady red. The internet is working fine. Others have said that it will need to be replaced as it is a fire risk. What is the best route to report this, by phone or can it be done here? I got nowhere with trying to speak to someone and the WhatsApp chat didn't come through either. Thank you.
